Hey Everyone, Just wanted to vent and also tell you guys to be careful out there. I left my friend's house last night after some Texas Hold 'em. I got to within 5 minutes of my house when a guy that was driving erratically started tailgating me on a one lane street. At the red light, he couldn't get around me because it was only one lane but he pulled over the double solid line into oncoming traffic and pulled right up next to me. When I saw him start that maneuver, I left the car in gear and kept my foot on the clutch. He was driving a grey Mitsubishi Lancer (non-EVO), rolled down his passenger side window and his passenger pointed a gun at me and told me, "Get the fuck out of the car!" At that point, I floored it, took off through the twisty mountain road near my house and did about 100 MPH around the twisties and lost him. I made sure he wasn't behind me, hooked a left onto my street, hit the garage door opener once I hooked that left and by the time I got to my house, the door was open, I flicked off the lights, screamed into the garage, and closed the door. I hopped out of my car and looked through the mail slot window to see if any car drove by, but I figured that he went straight instead of hooking a left. I made sure that he wasn't behind me before I flicked a left. I had never driven my car that fast through that twisty mountain road and I hope I never have to again. I just can't help thinking what might have been. Thank the Lord that he was looking out for me. Be careful out there and hug and kiss your loved ones. I am glad that I wasn't driving my Honda Civic Hybrid. I just can't stop thinking about what could have been. Joe
